Hi, I’m Sviatlana, your Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Business Coach. Nice to meet you!

My Yoga journey started back in 2013 in China where I entered the corporate world. After a year of constant sitting in the office, I started having severe back pain. This is how I came to yoga and I never looked back.

In the past 15 years, I have traveled through Asia and visited 20 countries, backpacked through India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, walked in Laos temples, and meditated with monks in Tibet.

The more I practiced yoga, the more I realized how beneficial it was during my corporate career, so I launched corporate yoga classes in my organization and started sharing my yoga knowledge to help my colleagues overcome daily stress and improve their health condition.

At that moment, I realized my true path – to serve people and bring a positive change to their lives.

My goal is to share the message — You don’t have to adjust to yoga. Yoga can be adjusted to you, bringing beautiful results into your life.

While being a yogi for more than 11 years, I’ve also earned a double major in Economics and Management, and I’ve spent a decade at a top global company, leading projects and managing multinational teams while based in China (yes, I speak Mandarin fluently!), even though my roots are in Eastern Europe.

My experience includes handling large-scale projects comparable to those of giants like Microsoft, working with automation and robotic technologies, and tackling the challenging PMP certification exam from the Project Management Institute—believe me, it’s no walk in the park! 

Eventually I left my very successful career corporate job to fully dedicate to serving people through yoga and to run my own Yoga Business which has already grown and continues to thrive thanks to my corporate background. 

Now, I not only teach yoga but also work with yoga teachers, guiding them on how to run a successful yoga business. I want to inspire other yoga teachers to pursue their yoga dreams, because my journey is proof that with the right blend of passion and business acumen, you can turn your yoga dreams into a successful venture.

    Sviatlana takes into consideration all my problems, creates the right program that would benefit my health. She always leads very gently and pays attention how I feel.

    Joining Sviatlana’s sessions helped me with gaining muscle strength, reducing back pain and increasing flexibility. Moreover, it helped me to overcome stress with the guided yoga practice.

  • After two baby deliveries, I got severe pain in my neck, lower back, knee joints and a bit high heart rate issue, plus extra weight on the top of it.
    Sviatlana’s sessions are just beyond words! After the first session, I had a feeling that I went for an hour of massage, and not yoga therapy!
    After three months of regular practice, I noticed lower back pain was gone, neck felt relieved, my knee joints did not make strange sounds 😊, I can confidently say that I am fit and strong 😊

  • Online yoga can be effective! With Sviatlana! She saved me from very severe sciatica pain, I had days when I could not even get up from bed and experienced numbness in my leg! Also, with her I forgot about my neck pain and got my proper posture back!
    I liked the way we did our classes, I did not need to be distracted by the monitor, I just followed her voice, focusing on my inner feelings. One session fly by like 5 minutes. After the lesson, I feel like after a day in the spa and no more pain! It's incredible! Amazing classes! Highly recommended!

    I had constant pain in the right shoulder joint, could not sleep on my right side, doctors concluded damage of the acromioclavicular joint, I had to go through the surgery.
    Sessions with Sviatlana were designed as per my personal needs. After the first few sessions, the pain in the right shoulder significantly decreased. After a month of classes, the pain practically disappeared, I was able to sleep peacefully on my right side.
    After 9 months of practice, I started trying advanced asanas and pain never came back!

    I came to Sviatlana with severe back pain, two hernias in the lumbar region.
    The result was very good and fast, my body responded well, my posture improved, the stomach pulled up, the shoulders straightened. I used to get homework as well, with review and feedback.
    The most important - that there is no more pain! And I got healthy toned body is a bonus, it’s so nice! ☺️ After only 2.5 months my results are amazing and I am overwhelmed with happiness!

    I came to Sviatlana with a severe neck and shoulder pain and numbness in the arms.
    After each class I felt so much more energized, nice lightness in the whole body remained throughout the day. Two months later I noticed significant improvement of sleep.
    Around 4 months into yoga therapy routine, I nearly forgot about numbness and neck pain! What I loved about her approach is that she showed many simple asanas that I could do on my own whenever I felt like exercise, so it became my healthy daily habit and not only in-class workout.

  • I came to Sviatlana's yoga therapy classes with a diagnosis of a hernia in L4/L5 and L5/S1 sections of the spine, plus I had a split in the hip bone.
    Classes were held 2 times a week. Sviatlana is a true professional. After her classes, I felt the results in just 2 weeks. I felt more energetic, my mood improved, pain in the cervical and lumbar spine decreased, and after 2 months of classes, they were gone completely. The result of the classes is preserved to this day. I am very pleased.
